Roots

Slow pace. 55 minute practice focuses on 26 classic foundational Hatha Yoga postures and correct alignment in the body.. Asanas are held for 3-5 breaths with a short break in between.  The class moves from seated to standing back to seated. It is an excellent place to begin your practice,  restart your practice and build your skills as a teacher. This is an excellent class for beginners and students who prefer a grounding and slow class.

Optimal Temp 75-78 degrees The use of props is encouraged during practice.

Rise

 Moderate pace, aerobic., requires deep and even nasal breathing.  Ashtanga Yoga Half Primary Series taught  Mysore or Led style .It is a precise sequence of  35 postures  and 1 breathing practice with continuous  movement from pose to pose. The asanas are linked together by the breath like a string of pearls. This is an all levels class that requires some stamina, but excellent for beginners who don’t mind repetition and desire a challenge. Optimal Temp 76-80 degrees

55 minute  Fast pace.  Vinyasa practice that strengthen the nervous system and sculpt your body. Postures are linked together by the breath. Each time you move you breathe and each time you breathe you move!It is a constant flow of prana and energy from your first Namaste to Savasana. You are taught a sequence and allowed to explore it on your  own. This class incorporates core work, arm balances and inversions. Excellent for students who desire a workout.  If breaking a sweat to heart pumping music and dancing on your mat is your thing! You are in the right place ! All levels of class but experience with  ROOTS or REGENERATE is strongly suggested . Optimal Temp 80-85 degrees

Revitalize

Thur: 6a

 

55 minute Slow pace Restorative Yoga to relearn the art of relaxation and re-balance the nervous system. The focus is 5-8 asanas and 2 breathing practices. Postures are supported by the use of props. You will experience long holds in each posture from 5 breaths to 6 minutes or more. All level class . Excellent for students who desire a deeper stretch, experience chronic pain, anxiety or ptsd. This class is perfect for a rough week or day to restore balance,mind,body, soul and spirit. Optimal Temp 78-81 degrees

55 minute  Moderate pace  Yoga fusion to boost metabolism and sculpt lean muscle mass  set to a playlist of upbeat tracks.  This class combines  2-5lb free weights with Namitzi  Regenerate  sequencing , arm balances and inversions, cardio , core and HIIT exercises! There is not much time for props but you can always use them if you need to!  All level classes, excellent for students who want a high vibin, high intensity workout ! Some experience with  ROOTS or REGENERATE is strongly suggested . This class is perfect to get your heart pumping, good vibes flowing and shift your energy to finish your week strong! Optimal Temp 85-88 degrees
